Lee R. Lambert has logged 50+ years of project management experience and is considered one of the world’s thought leaders on project management methods and how they can be utilized to create and sustain value added Leadership and Collaboration capabilities. He is one of only 70 in the world to receive the honor of PMI Fellow. Lee is a Past President of the Central Ohio PMI and was one of the Founders of the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP) credential. His book, Project Management-The CommonSense Approach, is a best seller in the field. Lee has contributed to the KSA International Project Management Forum the past two years.

At 37 years old Lee was named VP of Staff and Organizational Development for one of the world’s largest contract research organizations where he was responsible for creating and implementing a Leadership Development program focused on improved performance for project managers and supporting functional/line managers.

During his decades of platform training Mr. Lambert has provided learning opportunities to more than 50,000 professionals in 23 countries. He is regularly called upon to provide Keynote presentations on Leadership, Communications and other Project Management topics. Before his years as VP, Mr. Lambert was a project management evangelist at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and General Electric, and Battelle Memorial institute. He is a Mechanical Engineer by Education and holds a Masters’ from George Washington University in Washington D.C.

She is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Verdana, where she leads their overall Operations, Projects, Sales, IT, Partnerships, and Customer Relations. Her last role was with Panasonic where she headed the Regional Infrastructure Projects Delivery and Digital Transformation team and their strategic projects and huge infrastructure project portfolio.

Prior to that she worked in Daimler for almost a decade, on various areas of IT Infrastructure and AI products. She also holds a Bachelor of Computer Science Engineering, Executive MBA and PMP.

Farah Kabir has been working with Action Aid Bangladesh as the Country Director since June 2007. Over close to three decades of vast experience in the field of development and research has made her renowned human rights figure at home and abroad with an uncompromising voice against human-rights violation.

She was the Chair of the Global Board of the Global Network of Disaster Risk Reduction (GNDR) for two terms in 2015 and 2021, a Board Member of Climate Action Network South Asia (CANSA) in 2019, a member of Advisory committee of Bangladesh’s NDA to the Green Climate Fund (GCF).

Ms. Kabir worked with British Council for nearly ten years both in Bangladesh and United Kingdom. She is the co-editor of two recent publications namely ‘Discourse Analysis as a Tool for Understanding Gender Identity, Representation and Equality’ and ‘Revealing Gender Inequalities and Perceptions in South Asian Countries through Discourse Analysis’. Farah has contributed to women in politics through her writings and policy advocacy nationally as well as internationally.

Major General (Retd.) Abu Sayeed Md Masud, is a visionary engineer who has accomplished many of the country’s nationally recognized projects during his service period with special highlight on ‘Padma Multipurpose Bridge Project (PMBP)’ and ‘Padma Bridge Rail Link Project (PBRLP)’. He was also responsible for leading the execution of the ‘Hatirjheel project’. As a Civil Engineer in Bangladesh ARMY, he has also led the ‘First ever Multi Loop Flyover’ construction of Bangladesh.

As Chief Coordinator (CCO) of ‘Padma Multipurpose Bridge Project (PMBR)’ and ‘Padma Bridge Rail Link Project (PBRLP)’, he has proved phenomenal maneuver and managerial skills and established the initial layout of the 6.15km long Padma Multipurpose Bridge Project. His relentless struggles and fearless decision-making skills has mitigated the initial shore collapse issues at the project site. He is currently serving as Chief technical Advisor of GPH Ispat, the leading integrated steel rolling manufacturer in Bangladesh as well as for BBS Cable, one of the leading wire and cables manufacturing companies in Bangladesh.

Mr. M. A. N. Siddique has joined as Managing Director of Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL), a Government Owned Company, on 26 October 2017. DMTCL is the Owning Company of Metro Rails in Bangladesh. Immediately before taking the current assignment, Mr. M. A. N. Siddique served as the Secretary of the Road Transport and Highways Division, Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges from 16 November 2011 to 11 October 2017. He started his civil service career in the year 1983 as a member of BCS (Administration) Cadre. During this long journey of his career, he worked in various capacities of administrative service both in field & secretariat. He also worked at the Bangladesh Mission in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the field administration, he served as Assistant Commissioner, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Additional Divisional Commissioner and Divisional Commissioner.

During this tenure, he familiarized himself with ground realities of good governance and development. While serving as the Deputy Commissioner of Sherpur, he pioneered in introducing primary graduate examination which has now been nationalized as the Primary School Certificate (PSC). He brought a noteworthy change in sanitation scenario in line with Millennium Development Goals. He also motivated local farmers to cultivate Char-lands with suitable non-traditional crops.

As the Commissioner of Chittagong Division, he introduced popular "One Upazila-One Issue" concept to address one of the major problems of that upazila or to promote a prospect of that upazila further. Besides, he introduced Contour Farming for Orchards in the Chittagong Hill Tracts which is now a popular way of orchard farming there. He also encouraged the people of Laxmipur area in cultivating Soya-bean having a grand feedback. Moreover, he played a significant role in developing District Portal in all the districts of Chittagong Division. He has also worked for transgender issue in mainstreaming transvestites
