About the Programme

A 4-month journey, hundreds of hours of impact.

Our mentorship programme pairs experienced project professionals with PMs at earlier career stages. Each cycle runs for four months with structured check-ins, goal-setting, and a celebration event at the end.
Mentors earn PDUs while sharpening their coaching skills. Mentees gain a trusted guide for their certification, career transition, or specific project challenge. Both grow their professional networks meaningfully.
Applying as a mentee? You must be an active PMI® Bangladesh Chapter member. Not a member yet? Join the chapter first.
