Syed Ishteaque Ahmed, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP

I have completed GCE O' & A' Level from Maple Leaf Intl' School; Bachelors and Master's on Computer Science from American Intl' University - Bangladesh (AIUB); post-graduate diploma from George Brown College; project management and agile project management certifications from University of Toronto.
Currently, I am the Senior Advisor and Technical Project Lead at the Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade, Ontario. Alongside, I teach project management courses at Lambton College and Algoma University, Ontario, Canada. I am also one of the founders of Gossip Data (gossipdata.ca), a social media-based data analytics platform. Prior to this, I served as an IT project management and business systems analysis consultant in Bangladesh. I also served as the Assistant Professor at the computer science department of AIUB for 9 years. My total experience includes working at software industries, schools and universities, fin-tech, and international gov't organizations.
My journey with PMI officially started from 2017 and I have served as the Director of e-Services Portfolio for the PMI Toronto Chapter's GTIS Branch, as well as the webmaster of PMI Bangladesh Chapter.
