Seasoned professional with over 18 years of expertise in Project Management, sustainability, consultancy and Business Development across diverse sectors, including Construction, telecom, wellness, real estate, and automation. Holds certification of Project Management Professional (PMP) and certified sustainability consultant.

Serving as the Founder and CEO of Umbrella PMC, a comprehensive consultancy firm specializing in Project Management, Sustainability Building, and Architectural, Structural, and MEP Design. Additionally, as the Founder and Managing Director of Controlist Limited, a company focusing on Building Management System (BMS), Access Control System, Surveillance System, Parking Management System, Lighting Control System, and Home Automation.

Currently managing the Custody Transfer SKID project for Eastern Refinery Limited and providing Sustainability Consultancy for Nakshi Group (LEED), Aga Khan Academy and Swissotel Dhaka (EDGE). Also involved in CEGIS New building project as an IBMS Consultant.

Academically accomplished with a BBA from Independent University Bangladesh (IUB) and an MBA from Dhaka University with a major in Marketing.

Mohammad Shahadat Kabir

Mohammad Shahadat Kabir is a IT specialist with over 23 years of experience in a variety of sectors such as manufacturing, software development and services, banking, capital markets, international donor agencies, government organizations, and the garment industry.

He is now employed with Epyllion Group as the General Manager and Head of Enterprise Solutions Development. He has served as CTO at Infinity Infotech Ltd. and Xpert Fintech Ltd. To mention a few of his previous positions, he was Vice President and Head of the Project Management Office (PMO) and biTS Design Services at BRAC IT Services Ltd. Notably, he is certified by ASQ CSSBB, PMP, CBAP, OCP DBA, MC DBA for MSSQL, and MCAD for Microsoft .NET.

He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Physics from DU, a PGD(ICT) from BUET, and a Master in Information Technology from DU. He has been volunteering with organizations such as the PMI Bangladesh Chapter as Director of Administration and the IIBA Bangladesh Chapter as Vice President of Professional Development.


Hosne Ara

Hosne Ara is an accomplished certified project manager with over 11 years of experience delivering successful projects across diverse industries, including Energy and IT. She possesses a strong background in the IT sector, where she has demonstrated her ability to manage multiple IT projects with great success.

Currently serving as a Project Manager at Prime Bank, Hosne Ara has also held the position of SaaS Product Manager, and in addition, led IT projects with BRTA, IVAC, and SBI. Furthermore, she has made significant contributions to the Bheramara 410 MW Power Plant Project.

Hosne Ara is a graduate of BUET and holds a PMP Certification earned in 2020. She is committed to staying current with industry trends and enhancing her professional skills, having received training in Agile Project Management and Emotional Intelligence. Hosne Ara is an active volunteer for PMI Bangladesh Chapter since 2021.

Md. Mashiur Rahman

  • Presently employed as the Assistant General Manager at SIMEC System Ltd., managing multiple projects exceeding a value of BDT 300 million. Previously occupied key positions at Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF), UNDP Bangladesh, and DANIDA, with responsibilities encompassing software project management, digital transformation, and data analysis.
  • Skilled in agile and scrum methodologies, adept at leading cross-functional teams, proficient in risk assessment and mitigation, experienced in budget management and resource allocation, effective in stakeholder communication, and well-versed in process automation, monitoring, evaluation, and data analysis.
  • Member of the Institute of Engineers Bangladesh (IEB).
  • MS in Applied Statistics and Data Science (Jahangirnagar University), MSc in CSE (East West University), and a BSc in CSE (International Islamic University Chittagong).

Sazzad Ar Rahman

A servant leader and passionate Project Manager, having 12+ years of experience managing Software and IT infrastructure projects in the FinTech and IT industries. Have proven expertise in Stakeholder Management (including Central Bank, Ministry, Banks, MFS, PSP, etc.), Risk Management, Project and People Management, Policy Enforcement, Communication, Coordination, and Strategic Planning and development area.

Currently working as Project Manager in IPDC Finance Limited. Previously I worked for bKash, JLL Bangladesh, BRAC IT & Bashundhara Group.

Earned PMP Certificate in 2020. A member of PMI Bangladesh Chapter since 2020 and a volunteer of PMI Bangladesh Chapter since 2021.

BSc in EEE (BRAC University), MBA in Strategic & International Management (Dhaka University).

A. B. M. Taj-Ul Islam began working with Grameenphone Limited in 2005 as a project member in the field. He ended his tenure there in 2016 as a project manager overseeing access roll-out initiatives. Subsequently, he acquired fundamental roll-out project management experience in cloud-based or digital projects across various organizations.

Mr. Taj-Ul later joined Metal Plus Limited as the Business Head of Power Support Division, where he oversaw the team responsible for both active and passive maintenance projects for approximately 11000 (Eleven Thousand) Telecom BTS sites belonging to the three telecom operators, Banglalink Digital Limited, Grameenphone Ltd., and ROBI Axiata Limited, until 2021. Additionally, this tenure included passive maintenance of Data centers (Core Switch) of Grameenphone Limited.

After twenty years of experience in project management, Mr. Islam switched to own business development in 2019 and founded a business entity Power Solution Bangladesh. He is currently focused on DC power systems, energy efficiency, and renewable energy in both public and private sectors.

Mr. Islam received his graduation from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) as a B. Sc. in EEE graduate. He graduated with a master's degree in Disaster Management from the Institute of Disaster Management & Vulnerability Studies, University of Dhaka, and an MBA with a major in finance from North South University (NSU).

In addition to being a member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), Mr. Taj-Ul is a Certified Energy Auditor from AEE. He is an Institute of Engineers Bangladesh Life Fellow (IEB).  As of 2021, he has been actively volunteering for the project management community and holds the designation of Project Management Professional (PMP). During 2022–2023, he oversaw the PMI Bangladesh Chapter's Portfolio of Finance & Audit. Additionally, he is currently in charge of the PMI Bangladesh Chapter's Program & Sponsorship portfolio for the term 2024–2025. In addition to being the Vice President of the International Institute of Business Analysis Bangladesh Chapter's Membership Portfolio, he has very strong passion and mentality for volunteerism.

Mr. K.M. Refaul Ehsan is an entrepreneur, consultant and educator having twenty plus years of applied experience with profound competency in project management and leadership. He worked in a variety of projects and have experience working every stage of project management life cycle. His reputation was fabricated with adequate technical expertise along with ability of strategic thinking, Excellent communication skills and Professionalism combined with a successful track record in participating global teams of talent.

He holds prestigious professional master's degree in international Trade & Business from University of Dhaka. He earned PMP (Project Management Professional) at the year 2020 and Bangladesh Chapter member since 2017.

Mr. Ehsan actively involved in social works with various groups and platforms.

Tanveer Mohammad Noman is a seasoned IT/ITES industry professional with over 18 years of experience, specializing in business transformation and innovative solution delivery for clients. Holding certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator, Mr. Tanveer Mohammad Noman currently serves as an Assistant Vice President at SEBPO, where he leads high-performing teams in the execution of complex software projects using agile methodologies.

With a comprehensive understanding of both technical and business aspects of product development, Mr. Tanveer excels in aligning technology with business objectives and optimizing operational efficiency. He is adept at identifying and streamlining inefficient processes, improving productivity, and effectively managing budgets to drive ROI.

Mr. Tanveer is academically accomplished, holding an MBA from Southeast University (SEU) and an Advanced Certificate for Management Professionals from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka.


Abu Nayem Mohammad Ali Khan

Abu Nayem Mohammad Ali Khan is a highly experienced Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 16 years of expertise in various project management domains, including Planning, Scheduling, Automation, Change Management, Forecasting, Administration, and Communication Management. As a Senior Project Manager at Millennium Information Solution Limited (MISL), Nayem is recognized for his exceptional leadership and contributions to the successful execution of multiple projects.

Nayem holds key positions as a Management Committee and Core Strategic Committee member within his organization, highlighting his strategic influence and integral role.

He has earned an MSc and BSc from the University of Chittagong, graduating with honors, and an ACMP (Advanced Certificate for Management Professionals) from IBA, University of Dhaka, Nayem is recognized as an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP).
